He held many prestigious positions in various companies before becoming a partner at Crane Bay Partners in 2009. Below is a closer look at his life and his many professional accomplishments.

Mr. Chewning received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University. In his 25 years in the professional field, Kirk held many high-level positions, as well as starting several companies. Some of his titles include: VP for a large international bank, founder and VP of business development for a web application development company, senior consultant for a top-ranked marketing research company, VP for TranDotCom Solutions, and more. He also travels worldwide to speak at various engagements with fortune 250 companies.
Crane Bay Partners
In 2009, Mr. Chewning and his business partner, David Johnson, founded Crane Bay Partners. The two business partners are top experts in the fin-tech services field. They work with various clients to assist them with their risk management portfolios and any other financial services they may need. As co-CEO, Mr. Chewning does not stop at running the company, he also assists his many employees with various tasks when it comes to their clients.
Life on St. Croix
Crane Bay Partners is located on the island of St. Croix, a part of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Aside from his professional career, Mr. Chewning is a strong advocate for education and volunteers his team to teach people of all ages various skills for the corporate world. Not only does he volunteer his time, but he is also very charitable, and has donated upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars to those affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
Mr. Chewning is very involved in his community and does so much for it and its youth. He and his business partner started a charity called Crane Bay Cares to help those in need of assistance after the two natural disasters devastated the islands.
